This role is crucial to our category and shopper initiatives, requiring strong collaboration with the Category Strategy, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Customer Management, Brand Operations, and Marketing teams. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing the 6S Path To Purchase framework and associated tools, training, and customer engagement.
  • Partnering with the Category, Shopper, and Customer Management functions to anticipate evolving needs and provide thought leadership on key topics.
  • Creating effective tools to upskill the Category, Shopper Marketing, Channel Development, and Customer Management teams.
  • Bringing shopper insights to life through successful business embedding.

Requirements:

  • Relevant category management, development, strategy, or channel development experience, preferably in an FMCG business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage a wide network of stakeholders.
  • Creative judgment – acquired through previous shopper or consumer marketing involvement.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
