Category Management Leader

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead our Caravan-related spend areas, including decking and maintenance, as well as supplier-side warranty and aftersales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sourcing, contracting, and supply management strategies to optimize category performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive commercial value and improve service delivery.
- Lead the category management process, including market research, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve category goals.
- Proven experience in category management, sourcing, and contracting.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes and ability to analyze data to inform category decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
