We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Quinteducation. As a Childcare Level 3 Apprenticeship Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Policies and Procedures
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and nurturing environment for children, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Child Development and SupportUnderstand and support children's development, including their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, and provide positive play opportunities to promote their growth.
Teamwork and CommunicationWork collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality service, and communicate effectively with children, parents, and other stakeholders.
Health and SafetyEnsure the health and safety of children and staff, and adhere to the health and safety policy and procedures.
Confidentiality and Data ProtectionEnsure the confidentiality and security of all information related to children, staff, and parents, and adhere to data protection policies and procedures.
Professional DevelopmentParticipate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the development of the team.
Requirements
- Relevant Qualifications and Experience
Hold a relevant qualification in Early Years Education, and have experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
DBS DisclosureHold a satisfactory DBS disclosure check.
ReferencesProvide two satisfactory references from previous employers or education providers.
