Position Overview:
Our client, a prominent social housing contractor, is seeking a dedicated Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team.

Role Purpose:
The Tenant Liaison Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects by fostering and sustaining positive relationships among residents, subcontractors, client representatives, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
2. Cultivate effective working relationships with client representatives, including housing departments, to minimize redundancy and ensure uniformity of information and approach, keeping tenants well-informed about the project timeline.
3. Identify high-risk or vulnerable residents and collaborate with the Site Manager to tailor project works according to their specific needs.
4. Conduct introductory visits with each resident before work commences to explain the scope of the project.
5. Develop individual resident profiles to document their specific needs and create tailored communication plans.
6. Collaborate with site personnel to implement best practices.
7. Perform property condition and appliance surveys with photographic documentation prior to the commencement of work.
8. Maintain organized plot files in both paper and electronic formats.
9. Facilitate communication between site management and all stakeholders.
10. Engage with resident representatives and community groups as needed, organizing meetings to discuss project updates and gather feedback.
11. Schedule appointments for surveys and project works, ensuring residents receive confirmation letters for all scheduled dates.
12. Address complaints in accordance with the company’s complaints procedure.
13. Distribute clear and accessible communication materials as required.
14. Participate in Project Management meetings as necessary.
15. Contribute to community initiatives and awareness programs, such as newsletters and safety competitions, in collaboration with the Senior Resident Liaison Officer and Community Investment Team.
16. Provide aftercare information and guidance on new installations.
17. Observe and enforce site Health & Safety regulations, promptly reporting any risks or near misses to the site manager.
18. Organize satisfaction surveys for residents, compiling feedback to work with the Senior Resident Liaison Officer to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in resident liaison within the construction or social housing sector.
- Proficient in report writing.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Capable of adhering to guidelines and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).
