Warehouse Solutions Design Engineer

Gleeson Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a leading Logistics business in search of a skilled Solutions Design Engineer.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Design Engineer to lead strategic warehouse solutions, oversee projects from initial consultation to final implementation, and manage a high-performing team of solution designers, engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic warehouse solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct site assessments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage a team of solution designers, engineers, and project managers to foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in solution design.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure the economic viability of proposed solutions and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Anticipate and navigate potential risks associated with warehouse design projects to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Solutions Design and Warehouse Solution Design.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
