Children's Activity and Support Worker

We have an exciting opportunity for a Children's Activity Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:- Support young people in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, enabling them to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally.
- Engage, encourage, and mentor young people, promoting a safe and caring atmosphere.
- Transport young people as required, utilizing your driving skills.
- Experience as a Children's Support Worker, working with Young People or other social care experience is desirable.
- You must be a car driver, as you will be required to transport young people.
- You must be over the age of 22.
- NVQ or QCF level 3 in Children & Young People is desirable.
- Competitive salary up to 32K.
- Location: Bishops Castle.
- Shift patterns: 4 days working, including overnights/ 8 Days off/over four days including overnights.
