About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conduct Risk Specialist to join our team at Astro Studios, Inc. As a Conduct Risk Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complex world of financial regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to understand their regulatory needs and develop strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead regulatory change programs and develop analytical and monitoring capabilities to ensure effective risk management.
  • Provide independent assurance of implementing regulatory change and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Use technology, data, and analytics to help deliver regulatory change and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of FCA conduct regulation frameworks as applied to one or more FS sectors.
  • Experience of leading teams delivering complex regulatory change, compliance, or risk management projects in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent core consulting skills, including analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
