An insurance organisation operating in the Lloyd's and Company markets has an opening for a 12-month fixed-term basis for a consumer duty / conduct risk specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on all product governance, conduct risk and complaints matters.
- Develop and implement effective conduct risk strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate conduct risk.
- Provide expert advice on consumer duty regulation and its application in the general insurance business.
About the Role:
The firm operates a hybrid working pattern and anticipates you will be in the office 3 days each week.
It is essential that you have a good knowledge of consumer duty regulation and have worked in the conduct risk / compliance team of a general insurance business.
