About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Technical Sales Specialist with a profound technical acumen in RF and/or Electronics, complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills. This position is part of a dynamic sales team at a prominent organization within the radar technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in international travel to explore and develop new market opportunities.
  • Utilize your expertise to convert potential leads into successful sales and foster robust business relationships.
  • Take on the responsibility of managing existing client accounts while actively seeking new clientele.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical field or sales environment.
  • A proactive approach to tackling new challenges and a proven track record in sales.

Training and Development:

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure a thorough understanding of our product offerings, leveraging your technical background to enhance your sales capabilities.

Additional Requirements:

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and clientele, eligibility for Security Clearance is essential. A valid UK driving licence is also required.

Work Environment:

This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility with office attendance.
