Role Overview

As a member of our Post Funding Team, you will work closely with brokers and property firms, collaborating with a friendly team of 14 colleagues. Your role will involve supporting processes that facilitate risk assessments when asset owners wish to modify aspects of their assets or associated securities post-loan issuance. Expect variety in your daily tasks, as each scenario presents unique challenges.

Initially, you will provide administrative support, but as you gain experience and training, you will take on more complex cases and manage them independently, paving the way for career advancement within Together.

Key Responsibilities:

Address written inquiries and requests in accordance with service level agreements. Maintain and update customer account records. Proactively manage workflow to meet established SLAs. Foster effective relationships with other departments to ensure customer needs are met throughout their journey. Oversee the discharge of securities on redeemed accounts and assist with the redemption of active accounts to achieve SLAs. Identify incoming requests and ensure they are queued for processing.

Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication and telephone skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficient literacy and numeracy skills. Ability to multitask effectively. Adaptable and flexible in a changing environment. Strong organizational capabilities. Experience in a legal or financial services setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
