We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Visitor Services Assistant to join our team at North Lanarkshire Council. As a Visitor Services Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our museums and collections are welcoming and accessible to all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
