About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Supervisor to join our team at NHS Lanarkshire. As a key member of our domestic services function, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective deployment of staff resources to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the domestic services function to ensure effective cleaning methods and control of infection.
  • Lead and motivate a team of domestic staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics to inform service improvements.
