The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Supervisor to join our team at NHS Lanarkshire. As a key member of our domestic services function, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective deployment of staff resources to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating the domestic services team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a positive working environment
  • Providing training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitoring and reporting on cleaning standards and making recommendations for improvement
