Job Overview:

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RNMH) to join our team in a full-time permanent role. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with Personality Disorder, Learning Disability, and Enduring Mental Illness in a locked, specialized mental health rehabilitation and recovery setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • At least 12 months of experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the UK
  • Valid NMC PIN
  • Up-to-date training certificates
  • UK residency and right to work in the UK
  • Clean and clear DBS
