About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Cardiff.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide support and guidance to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
  • Relevant clinical experience in mental health nursing
