Role Overview

The position encompasses the formulation of business proposals and participation in business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Project Management and Programme Management methodologies, ideally with experience in the construction sector, and a commitment to executing intricate programmes in demanding settings.
  • Implement a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work remotely for up to two days weekly, subject to project requirements.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace, with access to continuous professional development opportunities.
  • Engage in an agile environment, applying expertise to each project.
  • Formulate and execute strategies, plans, and budgets for project and programme delivery.
  • Establish and organize project and programme delivery frameworks and governance structures.
  • Lead initiatives in life sciences or health sectors, managing projects of varying complexities.
  • Track and report on project or programme progress and performance indicators.
  • Identify and address risks and challenges that may impede successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver formal project/programme reports and communication materials tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings, coordinating content and drafting meeting summaries.
  • Contribute to the creation and management of clients' business cases, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.
  • Assist in building and managing a high-performing team of specialists.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with company values and industry best practices.
  • Develop and update Commission Execution Plans for all projects.
  • Oversee fee management and support the team in achieving financial objectives.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of public and private sector client interactions and the necessary governance processes.
  • Exhibit strong leadership capabilities and a thorough understanding of the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Showcase experience as the Lead Project or Programme Manager, accountable for project delivery.
  • Possess detailed knowledge of statutory requirements related to technical capital projects, including regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Understand capital and procurement protocols.
  • Ideally hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Membership in a recognized professional institute related to construction or project/programme management is preferred.
