This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the activities within the REPM team and will take the lead in delivering scope for some of our key clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting the Senior Programme Manager or Commission Lead with various tasks, including: Cultivating client relationships and overseeing related commission outputs and deliverables Ensuring efficient data collection and benchmarking Implementing effective processes and systems throughout the programme Managing interactions with clients and other consultants at all stages of the programme Capturing client and commission requirements and providing progress reports Supporting the setup, execution, and closure of programmes in line with role requirements Identifying opportunities for business development with existing clients and reporting these to the appropriate line manager Assisting in the preparation of tender bid documents Proposing enhancements for programme management products and services Recognizing and exploring cross-divisional opportunities

Qualifications

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

Degree in construction, Real Estate, or Facility Management. Experience in Project Management & Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) within a Construction or Real Estate Consultancy. Background in Programme Management within Real Estate, particularly with Blue Chip and Commercial Clients. Experience managing refurbishment or fit-out projects for Commercial or Blue Chip Clients.

Ability to establish strong, professional client relationships and proactively address client issues Strong attention to detail in service delivery, communication, and collaboration Excellent analytical and communication skills Commercial awareness with the ability to contextualize business decisions within broader market trends Confidence in leading independently and collaborating within a team, adapting to programme needs Aiming for growth and advancement into more senior roles Experience in business development, identifying opportunities with both existing and new clients Proficient in data management software (e.g., Excel) and systems for data cleansing, management, analytics, and quality assurance A methodical approach to task delivery and effective stakeholder engagement Programme leadership experience is advantageous

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALITIES:

Proven ability to build strong, professional client relationships and proactively resolve client issues. Strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills. Active team player who shares knowledge and recognizes industry best practices. Commercial awareness with the ability to articulate and justify the financial impact of business decisions. Quick analytical skills to benefit team reporting. Ideally, professionally qualified in: programme management, engineering, construction, surveying, architecture, information technology, or a related field. Experience in business development, identifying opportunities with existing and new clients. Competent in data management software (e.g., Excel) and systems for data cleansing, management, analytics, and quality assurance. A working style that emphasizes task delivery and effective stakeholder engagement. Experience in programme delivery management from a consultancy, main contractor, or engineering background is beneficial.
