Exciting Opportunity: Senior Programme Manager

Location: London

Sector: Facilities Management / Construction

Salary Range: £70,000 - £80,000

We are pleased to partner with a leading organization in the industry. Our client, a global leader in innovative Facilities Services, is recognized for their dedication to quality. They are currently in search of a skilled Senior Programme Manager to join their team for a significant project.

About the Role:

The Senior Programme Manager will serve as the key facilitator, uniting various stakeholders including the Client, Principal Contractor, and Managing Agent. Experience in the Construction sector, particularly in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and the Built Environment, is highly regarded for this position.

In this role, you will spearhead strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and future service provision. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will work closely with the Key Account Director and General Manager to align goals and effectively manage risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer operational insights during design phases for upcoming spaces
  • Conduct impact evaluations and oversee adjustments to Programme schedules
  • Formulate and implement mobilization strategies for new service delivery in emerging spaces
  • Guide and mentor workstreams for coordinated service establishment
  • Oversee commercial activities for new service needs

About You:

  • Proven Programme / Project Management experience in Facilities Management
  • Background in mobilization roles for prominent clients
  • Exceptional communication and networking abilities
  • Capability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Customer-focused and collaborative approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Projects
