As the Senior Care Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and management of the agency, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency, including staff supervision and development
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including health and safety and data protection
  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients, working closely with care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance management

**Requirements:**

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
