Registered Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two Supported Living services in Bedford, catering to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Knowledge of PBS and its application in care settings
  • Ability to empower staff to achieve under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial flair and a strong care ethos
