Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Support Worker to join our team and provide one-on-one support to a remarkable gentleman in his 30s residing in the outskirts of Edenbridge. This role offers an opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life while engaging in a variety of fulfilling activities.
About Our Client
Our client is a vibrant individual with a passion for fitness and physical well-being. His typical day involves a range of activities, including gym workouts, swimming, trampolining, massage sessions, yoga classes, and time spent at home. He also enjoys attending art sessions, exploring the community through theatre performances (primarily musical comedy), shopping trips, and socializing with friends.
Our client has clinical needs due to his quadriplegic cerebral palsy, which include PEG feeding, medication administration, and moving and handling. He communicates effectively using eye movement or typing on his iPad.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months of paid care experience working full-time with clients who have complex needs within the UK.
