About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dementia Care Manager. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our Dementia Community, implementing and embedding our dementia care strategy and managing resources within a given budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans that reflect the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and care teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate with our Activities Team to design and deliver meaningful activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
- Promote a culture that enables residents to maximise their capabilities, optimising their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, working within a fast-paced environment. You should have a comprehensive understanding of CQC standards and requirements, industry-relevant qualifications, and knowledge of care services businesses and the UK health and social care market.
