About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Training Designer to join our team at Raytheon UK. As a Training Designer, you will play a critical role in supporting the Integrated Training Design Service to deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training courses that are engaging, inclusive, and learner-centric, ensuring they meet the required standards and are DSAT compliant.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop high-quality training materials, including e-learning and courseware.
  • Contribute to the development of overall instructional strategy, analyzing and implementing changes to training programs to improve effectiveness.
  • Proactively seek feedback and impact stories to enhance training courses and continuously improve the work completed.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to positively contribute to training transformation.
  • Identify opportunities to provide accreditation for new and/or amended training as designed, and/or any amendments or implications for existing accreditations following Training Design changes.
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a passion for training transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn, collaborate, communicate, and demonstrate best practice within the business, customers, and wider team.
