Financial Adviser Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Adviser Administrator to join our team at Your Resourcing Partner Limited. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth delivery of client services and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers, including preparing client meeting packs, managing client files, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation of client suitability letters and other business submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client services.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Previous administrative experience in a financial services environment, with a basic understanding of pensions and/or investments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using software such as Salesforce and My Practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A competitive salary of £23-28K, depending on experience.
