Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team at Benton Robertson in East London. As a Community Stroke Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive physiotherapy service to patients in the community, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, nurses, and assistants, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Band 6 Physiotherapist with a strong background in community stroke physiotherapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Knowledge of current best practices in community stroke physiotherapy, including evidence-based treatment approaches and outcome measures.
