Learning and Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving the learning and development strategy, overseeing training delivery, and managing a team of coordinators.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to a team of coordinators, ensuring the effective delivery of training programs and services.
- Manage the Wellbeing and Learning Centre, ensuring high-quality training programs and accurate records.
- Oversee the development and implementation of training initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to meet the needs of our workforce.
- Set goals and objectives for team members, providing coaching and guidance to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and goals.

Requirements
- Ability to undertake job duties with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing a team, with a proven track record of leadership and coaching.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Packages.
- Data protection and confidentiality knowledge, with the ability to maintain sensitive information.
Desirable Qualifications
- Management qualification, such as a Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Experience in Minute Taking, Reception Service, and learning and development.
- Knowledge of Audio Visual Equipment and its applications.
