We are currently on the lookout for an exceptional Lead Care Facilitator to become a vital part of our residential service in Maidenhead, where we provide support to a small group of ladies with learning and physical disabilities. This role promises a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that each day brings new experiences. You will play a crucial role in enriching the lives of those we assist by imparting essential life skills, aiding with personal care, and encouraging engagement with the local community through social activities.

As a Lead Care Facilitator, you will empower individuals to achieve greater independence in their daily routines while assisting the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service. Your responsibilities may include scheduling shifts, coordinating training sessions, onboarding new team members, supporting supervision processes, managing medication orders, and helping individuals manage their finances. Throughout your role, you will remain focused on the core mission of providing exceptional day-to-day support.
