Senior Nursing Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a committed Clinical Lead Nurse to join a prestigious nursing facility in the Christchurch area. This role is with one of the foremost healthcare providers in the UK.
This distinguished nursing home focuses on providing exceptional nursing and dementia care, set in a stunning location that serves as a popular retreat for individuals.
**To qualify for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with a current and active NMC Pin**
As the Clinical Lead Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Executing all relevant aspects of care in partnership with other nursing professionals.
- Ensuring that care services are consistently delivered to a high standard, addressing the personal care needs of residents while upholding their dignity and promoting independence.
- Conducting thorough assessments of residents' needs and establishing care priorities.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policies.
- Maintaining and updating residents' care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals, while reporting any health concerns and requesting professional visits when necessary.
The following qualifications and experiences are preferred for this position:
- A proven history of leading a nursing team in delivering person-centered care, including planning, implementing, and evaluating care strategies.
- Experience in conducting quality clinical assessments with a focus on individual needs.
- The ability to engage effectively with service users to comprehend their needs and provide exemplary person-centered care.
- Strong understanding of CQC standards.
- Encouraging active participation of service users and their families in developing, agreeing upon, and evaluating care programs.
- Confidence in communicating and fostering excellent working relationships with colleagues, professionals, families, and visitors.
