Candidate Profile
We are looking for a compassionate leader who possesses excellent communication abilities and maintains a positive demeanor.
You should be a team-oriented individual, actively engaging with residents, organized, diligent, and resilient.
A minimum of two years of experience in adult care is required, along with a qualification in NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
