Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial MEP Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Commercial MEP Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic growth of our Engineering business, fostering client relationships, overseeing administrative functions, and supporting the technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Growth Strategies: Draw on your extensive construction, engineering, and design experience to develop strategies for driving growth, and attend regular networking events to expand the client base and win new business.
- Prepare and Deliver Quotes: Prepare and deliver quotes for new projects and services.
- Oversee Administrative Functions: Oversee insurance, HR, accounts, invoicing, and debt collection processes.
- Manage Online Presence: Manage the company website, LinkedIn presence, and client database.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- Experience: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles. Previous experience in a construction-based office, such as with an Architect, Structural or M&E Engineer, or Quantity Surveyor, would be an advantage.
