Job Description

Purpose of the Role

To support the Wholesale Lending department with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. The successful candidate will utilize their lending technical expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the bank's lending operations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Wholesale Lending team with day-to-day initiatives, including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor the bank's lending operations to ensure they are conducted in an efficient and effective manner, and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Develop and implement Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to implement best practices in Wholesale Lending Services.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Lending efficiency and effectiveness.
