As a seasoned SQL Solutions Architect with extensive experience in SQL Server, you will serve as the primary support contact for our clients. We are Wilmington plc, a company that fosters trust and expertise. Interactive Medica, a division of Wilmington, delivers web-based software solutions that empower Life Sciences organizations to efficiently manage their sales, marketing, and medical resources while collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance both commercial outcomes and patient care.

In your role as a Senior SQL Solutions Architect, your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients with our SQL-driven platform. Some travel may be necessary based on client requirements.

In this capacity, you will be tasked with:

  • Overseeing daily operations and processes to ensure the seamless functionality of client tools, addressing any necessary implementations.
  • Identifying and executing quality enhancements.
  • Managing client accounts to ensure the effectiveness of delivered solutions.
  • Holding a degree in Computer Science.
  • Possessing strong expertise in SQL Server and Transact SQL.
  • Having familiarity with web technologies and related products, including Snowflake, Tableau, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Demonstrating confidence in a client-facing role with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
