Role Summary

This role is tasked with overseeing all code-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, including data migrations, system integrations, and third-party applications. The Salesforce Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with the Salesforce administrator and Business Analyst to create solutions that align with business needs and facilitate critical business decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

Comprehend the essential functions that a Salesforce architect is accountable for.

  • Lead the development of solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to create tailored solutions. Provide technical guidance, establish best practices for integration and application development, deployment, testing (both unit and system), and iterative enhancement.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce for enhancing processes and productivity, making recommendations to support an organization experiencing rapid growth.
  • Define, communicate, and manage a change management framework to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.

Essential Skills

Examine the necessary skills for a Salesforce architect to guarantee a successful deployment.

  • Proficient in writing Apex classes and triggers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX.
  • Strong business analysis and functional expertise, including requirements gathering, solution creation, and/or deployment of solutions to end users.
  • Experience in technical project management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical teams.
  • Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
  • Experience utilizing GitHub or other version control systems.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with various applications.
