Your New Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be working within our sales team, mentored by one of our experienced Business Development Managers and our internal Learning and Development team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Identify top talent from engineering shop floor to senior-level opportunities and present them to our clients.
  3. Lead gathering will be a fundamental part of your sales activity – hitting weekly KPI targets will help to ensure your success.
  4. Take a full job brief from your client, understanding what questions you need to ask and why, as well as ensuring full compliance with any new accounts.

About You

  1. You will have some sales experience, which could have been gained in a variety of ways from recruitment, estate agency, insurance, car sales, or any B2B or B2C environments.
