Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the Role:
- As a Business Development Manager at Zetter Recruitment, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the SaaS industry.
- You will manage the full sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, and work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Key responsibilities include researching and engaging with key decision-makers, attending industry events, and developing strategic partnerships to attract new clients and markets.
- You will also be responsible for identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing clients, handling renewals, and managing bespoke software development projects.
About You:
- You will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record in a closing sales role.
- You will have experience in selling SaaS or subscription-based products, and possess excellent communication skills with expertise in pitching and presenting.
- You will be a strong lead generator, with a ability to research and engage with key decision-makers, and develop strategic partnerships to attract new clients and markets.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of circa £45,000, with an OTE of £80,000.

- Hybrid working (3/2 split Office/Home).
