Job Title:
Enterprise Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in financial systems to lead the design and development of our financial systems architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for overall design & integrity of the Finance and Cross ecosystem supporting.
2. Ensure solution designs reflect the needs of the enterprise and work closely with senior architects to ensure alignment with architectural strategy, standards and policies and are properly recorded in appropriate artefacts.
3. Collaborate with architects and technologists to translate vision into an implementable strategy; employing practical experience and wider delivery and operational considerations.
4. Ensure designs are approved by relevant design authorities with deviations and key design decisions recorded appropriately.
5. Strong experience of working with stakeholders across multiple disciplines; business analysts, product owners, testing teams and wider technical stakeholders demonstrating ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and embed the architecture.
6. Ability to create clear, concise architecture solutions and communicate these to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring the communication style used is appropriate for the intended audience.

Requirements:
1. Strong experience of working with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
