About the Role

Fruition IT is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to drive the sales of our Award-winning Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions directly into end customers and through channel and alliance partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Qualify Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and qualify them to sell MDM / EMM solutions directly to enterprise customers.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement Teams.
  • Deliver Value-Driven Solutions: Deliver tailored product demonstrations, value propositions, and business cases to key stakeholders.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quarterly quotas.
  • Develop Channel Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to drive indirect sales.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the MDM / EMM space.
  • Provide Feedback: Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer and market insights.
  • Attend Industry Events: Attend Trade Shows and Events to highlight our products and benefits.
  • Identify Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional services and solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or technical sales/pre sales within the MDM and EMM space.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of enterprise mobility, IT infrastructure, and mobile device security challenges.
  • Demonstrated Track Record: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Complex Sales Cycles: Ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large enterprise organisations.
  • Channel Partnerships: Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or system integrators to drive indirect sales.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships at all levels, particularly with C-suite executives and IT stakeholders.
Package Offered
  • Base Salary: Up to £105,000.
  • OTE: Up to £140,000 (75/25 split).
  • Extensive Benefits: Extensive benefits including; Pension, Healthcare, Life Insurance, Life Assurance, etc.
  • Remote Working: Offering full remote working with occasional travel to UK Head Office and customer site.
