Job Summary:As a Hardware Sales Executive at Gertech, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our hardware products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in line with company objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Gertech's hardware products and services, staying updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities by researching markets, industries, and potential clients. Actively pursue and qualify sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other methods.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of sales activities with company objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management, ensuring transparency in sales performance and pipeline management.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities and challenges in the market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hardware sales or a related technical sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the technology or hardware sector.
- Strong understanding of hardware products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and drive.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
