About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at esure. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office space in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the office is a safe and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors.
  • Provide front-of-house support, including greeting visitors, handling mail and packages, and coordinating catering services.
  • Manage desk bookings and meeting room reservations for colleagues and external partners.
  • Liaise with the landlord's agent to ensure the office is maintained to a high standard.
  • Coordinate first aid, DSE, and fire safety initiatives, and maintain stock levels of related supplies.
  • Order office supplies, furniture, and equipment, and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Regularly visit the Meridian office to check security and condition, and facilitate access for maintenance and other purposes.

Requirements

  • Experience in a facilities environment, including managing external suppliers and stock control.
  • Supervisory experience, including communicating with contractors and suppliers.
  • Ability to attend training courses, including First Aid, Fire Marshal, and H&S.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify problems and implement solutions from a facilities perspective.
