Job Title: Sales Consultant

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through new business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and growth.
  • Conduct sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals, to achieve targets.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention, while seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Follow a structured sales process to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to clients and continuously seek opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales or account management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage own time and diary effectively.
  • Resilient with problem-solving abilities.
  • Eagerness to develop IT skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
