About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Billing Specialist to join our team at SES Water. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate billing of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all billing process thresholds, rejections, and exceptions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Support the team in managing expected read volumes and upload times to ensure continuous billing.
  • Engage with a range of billing scenarios daily, prioritizing customer satisfaction and complaint prevention.
  • Follow revenue protection processes to ensure outgoing payments align with company policy.
  • Actively support the metering program within the billing process.
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a confident and mature outlook. You will have experience with billing and scheduling processes and be able to work with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Able to remain calm and manage your workload to complete time-sensitive tasks.
  • Happy working as part of a team and taking responsibility for your personal workload.
  • A confident communicator, able to demonstrate tact and patience.
  • Able to use procedures and processes to inform your decision-making.
