Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Identify Client Requirements: Match client needs to our extensive property portfolio, delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Effective Communication: Possess a polite and confident telephone manner, communicating details clearly and efficiently.
  4. Time Management: Maximize appointment and activity levels, ensuring optimal productivity.
  5. Continuous Learning: Attend relevant training courses to enhance knowledge and improve performance.

What You Can Expect:

  1. Uncapped OTE Opportunities: Earn up to £25,000-£35,000, with additional bonus incentives and opportunities for promotion within the first 12 months.
