New Homes Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their home-buying journey from initial inquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage prospective buyers, providing a warm and professional experience.
  • Conduct viewings, both in show homes and off-plan, and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Provide detailed information about the development, features, and benefits of the new homes.
  • Work closely with the site team to ensure smooth handovers and after-sales care.
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Passionate about property and keen to learn and grow within the new homes industry.

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata, reflected in a competitive day rate.
