Exciting Opportunity in New Homes Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a New Homes Sales Consultant. As the face of our development, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their home-buying journey, providing a warm and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage prospective buyers, providing a personalized experience.
  • Conduct viewings, both in show homes and off-plan, and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Provide detailed information about the development, features, and benefits of the new homes.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure an excellent buying experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Work closely with the site team to ensure smooth handovers and after-sales care.
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Property background, whether in estate agency, property management, or similar.
  • Passionate about property and keen to learn and grow within the new homes industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Available to work the specified days, including weekends.

  • Temporary role with the potential to go permanent.
  • Salary of £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata, reflected in a competitive day rate.
  • On conversion to permanent, the opportunity to earn over £50,000+ with commission.
