Join Our Team as a Client Support Specialist

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Client Support team. This role is primarily office-based, and we are looking for candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Our Client Support team collaborates closely across various communication channels, including phone and email, so being a team player with strong attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service role, whether through phone, online, or face-to-face interactions, and will enjoy resolving issues and providing solutions for our clients. No prior knowledge of the automotive sector is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails from clients
  • Managing voicemails and overseeing social media communications
  • Providing product guidance for vehicle components (training provided)
  • Addressing pre-sale and post-sale customer inquiries
  • Performing general office tasks
  • Coordinating with suppliers, couriers, and other departments to support our clients

Work Schedule:

We offer a shorter work week of four days, from 8 AM to 7 PM, with one hour of breaks. Various shifts are available, including three weekdays and Saturdays.
