About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Field Sales Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new national business and executing account plans that deliver the brand and sales objectives for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Manage a high-performance sales team to drive business performance
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage contract negotiations, relationship, execution, and KPI's for assigned accounts
  • Develop and implement trade and channel marketing plans specific to customer needs
  • Manage account budgets and ensure spend is in line with agreed objectives and contractual obligations
  • Forecast accurately using data analysis to identify risks and opportunities
  • Maintain and agree contractual obligations and ensure the highest levels of customer service
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in Key Account and or National Account management
  • Experience in the FMCG sector and working with large chain retailers in Ireland
  • Commercially astute and able to drive business performance
  • Ability to manage a high-performance sales team
  • Strong track record of achieving sales and profit targets
  • IT Proficient with use and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A Full UK driving license is required
