Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Enter data accurately into our systems while maintaining confidentiality and data protection.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate different software systems.

Working Hours:

- Fridays: 4pm - 8pm

- Saturdays and Sundays: 9am - 6pm

Training Shifts:

- Wednesday and Thursday: 11am - 3pm
