Interim HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team on an interim basis for a period of 12 months. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the business's objectives and accelerating careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing strategic HR advice to senior stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing effective people management strategies.
  • Managing employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries.
  • Supporting talent management and development initiatives.
  • Contributing to well-being projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, with a strong track record of managing employee relations cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
