Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to resolve conflicts, address grievances, and improve workplace relationships.
  • Manage and maintain HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management.
  • Conduct performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and drive business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist or specialist role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
