Clinical Lead - Brain Injury Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team as a Clinical Lead for our Specialist Hospital in Newport. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals in providing high-quality care and treatment to individuals with neurological disorders and acquired brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in providing high-quality care and treatment to individuals with neurological disorders and acquired brain injuries
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with neurological disorders and acquired brain injuries
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
